Make Clients Feel Special

Today is my birthday! My inbox is filled to the brim with birthday greetings and best wishes from family, friends and even clients. One of the eCards, however, stood out above the rest and it’s a strategy that makes someone feel special. Most of my clients become my friends so the message may be a little too personal for your business but the idea is a great one and I suggest you incorporate it into your online business plan. Remember the special events and occassions in the lives of your own clients goes a long way to making them feel special and that their presence in your life is valued for more than just the financial exchange between you.
