Product Review: Mike Filsamie’s Viral Friend Generator

There are many ways to increase the amount of traffic to your website, and one of the most effective methods is known as viral marketing.  One of the things I’ve learned by working with some of the most successful online entrepreneurs is that to use viral marketing to it’s fullest potential, you’ll want to employ many different techniques into the online marketing blueprint of your site.

Your online business blueprint should include, among other things, great looking graphics, pre written emails, integration marketing strategies, pre-written articles and blog posts, etc.

All of the above will help to increase the traffic to your site by offering incentive for your existing members so they will do the work for you.

But one of the best and under-utilized viral techniques of them all is by providing a simple way for your existing members to tell their friends about your product or service.  Trusted endorsements by friends is the best form of advertising bar-none.  And what’s even better is it costs nothing to implement.

Many tell-a-friend scripts have came out and have been effective to a certain degree, but they lacked the features necessary to cause a viral wave of traffic that we’d all love to experience on our sites.  I’ve used several tell-a-friend scripts.  My favorite tool until just recently was BigNoseBird.com’s free BirdCast Tell-a-friend script.  But unless you’re a good scripter, it can be tricky to integrate into the look and feel of your website.

That’s why I’m tickled pink to introduce you to a new tool to add to your online marketing arsenal.

It’s by the same guy who created the most incredible Viral Marketing script that has revolutionized the internet marketing industry and made viral marketing easy for virtually everyone has just created a new tool that has been responsible for over $209,349 in extra sales just from two beta testers using it in it’s raw form.

The marketer is Mike Filsaime, and the new tool is Viral Friend Generator.

He just launched the completed version and I am thoroughly impressed.  Viral Friend Generator is the next evolution in tell-a-friend technology.  I just finished implementing it on the soon-to-be released raw food comics website of one of my clients and the script was easy to place in our sales cycle.  Easy to implement, easy to customize - even though it was my first time using the program, in less than five minutes I had the whole thing configured and tested.  That’s a major improvement over the first time I implemented BirdCast (which took about two hours to get working properly).

Think about it: In less than five minutes (the time it takes you to fill in the form and upload to your server)… you can literally multiply the number of visitors and subscribers your web site receives by 300% or higher!

It is compatible with all of the major autoresponder services out there and has many incredible features that every other tell-a-friend script just cannot compete with at all.

Put your marketing efforts into high gear with this extremely powerful new and easy to use tool that was put together by the Viral Marketing Expert of experts, Mike Filsaime.

Hey Deb,

Actually, we didn’t use that software at all. We used in-house software that time. In the past when we used off-the-shelf TAF software we used TAFPro (by far the best out there). We (me and my past companies) were using that technique as long as 10 years ago. You can see a recent example of the technique the software you mentioned modeled exactly at thegreatformula.com - that’s actually where the incentivized format you see there originated two years previous.

Just keepin’ the record straight :-) Feel free to delete this comment if it conflicts with the marketing purpose of this post.

Hey Mark

Thank you for your comment. I stand corrected :-)

I’ve used TAFPro as well but my experience with my clients has been that they find it difficult to install and implement. I happy to hear about your great experience with the TAFPro program.

Thanks again for your feedback!

Hey Deb, you’re right that TAFpro is not easy to set up. However, the feature set is incomparable. Check out the AT version and I’m sure you’ll see the light :-) And if you have trouble, ask Paul Galloway for help - he’s an amazingly generous guy and offers superb support. If you don’t mind correcting the post above I’d appreciate it. Just want to keep the record straight. MJ

Paul Galloway @ 8:29 am

Hey Deborah,

TAFPro’s installation actually has fewer steps than VFG, but I’m happy to jump in if any of your clients are having problems installing or using it. Just have them give me a call at 316-540-3434 or email me at paulg [at] paulgalloway (dot) com . . .

I believe TAFPro’s competition component gives it more viral “stickiness” and it also has more flexibility than VFG . . .

Best,

Paul

Hey Mark, Hey Paul!

Here’s what I’ll do: I’m going to order tell-a-friend pro myself (since I no longer have any clients who use it) and review it in this space. One of my former clients used your installation services and was very happy but I don’t think she ever implemented it into her salescycle.

I’m happy to amend my review and comments above once I’ve had a chance to install and review the program. In fact, my download link just arrived so I’ll get started.

Thanks again!

~ Deborah :-)
